So these 3 smoothies are my favorites, I make them before school, after school, for lunch and all those meals when i don’t know what to eat.
Summer creamy smootie:
This smoothie is so good and easy to make!
- Rice milk (I use rice dream)
- Melon (optional)
Put all this in the blender and just put as much of each ingredient as you would like (I put 2/4 fruits and 2/4 liquid, just depends on if you want it like a smoothie or a juice)
And now it’s ready, put it in a cup and enjoy!
So for this delicious smoothie you’ll need:
- Any other berries that you’d like
- Tropical juice
Just put all the ingredients in a blender and mix!
It’s this simple and really quick and easy!
This one is a bit unhealthy but still very good…
This is what you’ll need:
- 1 banana
- Vanilla milk (I use a shake vanilla milk)
Blend it all together until its smooth, add more vanilla milk if it needs liquid.
